Let’s be completely honest: the default Notion workspace can feel incredibly cold and sterile. If you are going to spend hours every day managing your life, tracking your business goals, or organizing your creative projects, your digital environment should be just as inspiring as your physical one.
We dug through the current lineup of digital assets on Creative Fabrica and pulled together 26 of the absolute best Notion cover and icon packs worth your attention. Each set below is designed to swap out those generic default emojis and add a massive dose of personality to your pages. From dark academia vibes to cozy vintage aesthetics, let’s explore the upgrades that will make you actually want to open your planner every morning!
Vintage & Academic Aesthetics
If you love the look of old libraries, oil paintings, and antique ephemera, these packs will instantly transform your Notion setup into a moody, sophisticated digital study. They are perfect for organizing research databases, reading lists, or personal journaling pages.
1. Vintage Label Notion Icons
This beautifully themed set is built for anyone who wants their databases to feel less like a modern spreadsheet and more like an old apothecary cabinet. The cohesive sepia color palette ensures your dashboard looks intentionally designed rather than just thrown together.
2. Vintage Oil Portrait Notion Icons
Swap out Notion’s default minimalist look for something with dramatic museum-quality character. These miniature oil paintings pair incredibly well with dark mode, giving your character-planning or creative writing pages a distinct “Dark Academia” atmosphere.
3. Prince and Castle Notion Icons
Are you outlining a fantasy novel or running a D&D campaign through Notion? This pack provides a brilliant, quick way to break up the visual monotony of a plain setup, replacing generic stars with castles, crowns, and royal crests.
4. Pirates Notion Icons
A bold design upgrade that entirely changes how a page feels the moment you open it. Use these treasure chests and compasses for your financial tracking pages—it drops straight into any existing database without needing extra setup.
5. Vintage Books Notion Icons
This set is aimed squarely at giving your TBR (To Be Read) list a distinct, cozy visual identity. It is incredibly simple to apply, and it holds up beautifully whether you use it to highlight one specific database or your entire book-tracking workspace.
6. Renaissance Notion Icons
A remarkably simple way to make an art history study page or European travel itinerary feel polished and finished rather than eternally “under construction.” They are easy to swap in and scale beautifully across screens.
7. Vintage Flower Stamp Notion Icons
Designed specifically for Notion users who treat their dashboards as a creative space, not just a rigid checklist. The faded, postal-stamp aesthetic provides exactly the kind of detail that makes a workspace feel highly intentional.
8. Egyptian Treasures Notion Icons
This pack leans heavily into a specific, golden historical mood. It works beautifully if you are cataloging historical research or building out a highly specific, themed dashboard architecture.
9. Vintage Writer Notion Icons
Perfect for NaNoWriMo participants or freelance copywriters! A gorgeously themed pack that adds immense personality to pages that would otherwise look identical to everyone else’s blank text documents.
10. Vintage Floral Stamp Notion Icons
Made for anyone who wants their daily planner to actually look like it belongs to them. The muted, desaturated tones of these floral stamps fit incredibly naturally into a personal wellness journal or habit tracker.
11. Vintage Dinosaur Notion Icons
A brilliant set built for anyone who wants their Notion pages to feel less serious. It works wonderfully as a stand-alone touch for a kids’ activity planner or layered with the other vintage packs for an eclectic, natural-history-museum vibe.
12. Antique Lamps Notion Icons
This pack swaps out Notion’s default “idea/lightbulb” emoji for something with massive character and intricate detail. It pairs effortlessly with dark-themed dashboard covers.
13. Venetian Mask Notion Icons & Cover
Built for people who spend enough time in Notion to care about theatrical, dramatic aesthetics. A quick, highly stylized way to break up the visual monotony of a plain white planner setup.
14. Stained Glass Notion Icons
A brilliant design upgrade that completely alters how a page feels the moment you open it. The vibrant, geometric stained glass designs drop straight into any existing Notion page without needing extra cropping.
15. Vintage Floral Notion Icons
This set is aimed at giving your workspace a distinct, romantic visual identity instead of the default tech-focused look. It is simple to apply, and holds up beautifully whether you use it on one page or your whole team’s dashboard.
16. Vintage Birds Notion Icons
A charming way to make a page feel polished and finished rather than half set up. Easy to swap in, and just as easy to swap out if your taste changes when the seasons turn!
17. Minimalist Christian Notion Icons
Designed specifically for users who treat their workspace as a reflective, intentional space. Excellent for organizing digital prayer journals, Bible study notes, or daily devotionals.
18. Fantasy Magicians Notion Icons
This one leans into a specific magical mood, so it works best if that style already matches your gaming setup. A fantastic pick if you are managing a tabletop RPG campaign directly inside Notion!
19. Fantasy Themed Notion Icons
A beautifully themed pack that adds immense personality to world-building pages that would otherwise look the same as everyone else’s. Small details like these end up doing wonders for your creative writing motivation!
20. Potion Bottles Notion Icons
Made for anyone who wants their gaming dashboard or Halloween planner to actually look like it belongs to them. The colorful, bubbling potions fit naturally into any page you open daily for a bit of whimsical fun.

24. Bookworm Notion Icons
A small design upgrade that changes how your reading log feels the moment you open it. It drops straight into any existing Notion library page without needing extra setup.
25. Book Notion Icons, Notion Covers
This set provides both icons AND covers, guaranteeing your workspace looks entirely unified. Simple to apply, and it holds up brilliantly whether you use it on one page or your whole academic workspace.
26. Book Themed Notion Icons, Notion Covers
A beautifully illustrated way to make a page feel completely finished. Easy to swap in, and perfect for organizing study notes, book club discussions, or thesis research!
Final Thoughts on Digital Organization
You absolutely do not need to buy all 26 of these to see a massive difference in your daily motivation. Pick one or two bundles that match the mood you are going for, apply them to your most-used daily pages first, and build out from there as your Notion setup grows.
A beautiful workspace is a productive workspace. Happy organizing!
